The records from Obama's office -- if he kept them -- would potentially show appointments with lobbyists, policy memos, meetings, etc.

if the vote is so important
cnn is reporting that senator barack obama has missed more votes than any other democratic candidate.

Sen. Barack Obama has missed the most votes of any Democratic presidential hopeful in the Senate over the last two months, including a vote on an Iran resolution he has blasted Sen. Hillary Clinton for supporting.
The Illinois Democrat has missed nearly 80 percent of all votes since September.
i understand that as a front-runner you don't attack... but when obama is slamming you for your vote, why does hill not hit him for not even bothering to show up?
in fact, hill has missed less votes than obama, dodd and biden.
